All those who place an order equal to or greater than €75 between December 1 and 31, 2023 will automatically participate.
LEGAL BASES:
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY.
BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL, with registered office at Plaza del Vapor 15-16C, 08915, Badalona, Barcelona. With CIF B42874800 hereinafter BYOODE, organizes on the dates indicated below, the “PICNIC BASKET DRAW” (hereinafter “the Draw”) in accordance with the requirements described in these Rules.
CLAUSE 2.- PERIOD AND MODE TO PARTICIPATE
The deadline to participate is from December 1, 2023 at 00:00 a.m. until December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Whoever wishes to participate must:
• Being over 18 years
• Residing in Spanish territory
• Have placed at least one order equal to or greater than €75 (seventy-five euros) through the website www.byoode.com between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
Participation in the Draw implies that the participant meets the established requirements.
CLAUSE 3.- PRIZE.
A picnic basket valued at €207.95 will be raffled off, which includes:
- Top quality Picnic Basket
- With services for two people
- And four Byoode references: Super Green Poem, cleansing gel; Adzuki & Ragi Fantasy, exfoliating powder; Lotus & Spirulina Romance, moisturizing cream; Golden Eye Dream, eye contour cream.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Limited to one prize in total. BYOODE reserves the right to substitute the prize with another analogue of the same or greater value in case of force majeure. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for its cash value.
BYOODE declines any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability of the prize components.
CLAUSE 4.- DRAWING.
The Draw will be held on January 2, 2024 through the Sortea2 platform with digital certificate.
CLAUSE 5.- DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE.
The winner will be informed by email to the address with which they placed the order(s) in the period in which the draw took place. In the event that it is not possible to locate the winner within 30 calendar days, no response is received, or if the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, BYOODE will conduct the draw again, awarding a new winner.
The prize will be sent by postal mail to the address indicated in Spanish territory.
CLAUSE 6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
• Responsible: BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL, with registered office at Plaza del Vapor 15-16C, 08915, Badalona, Barcelona. With CIF B42874800.
• Purpose and legitimacy: Process your participation in the Raffle and, where appropriate, proceed to deliver the prize with the appropriate tax withholdings – Execution of the contract: Having placed one or more orders equal to or greater than €75 between 1 December 2023 and December 31, 2023 at www.byoode.com.
• Data processed: Data provided or other data that we may additionally request for the development of the aforementioned purposes.
• Recipients: For the purposes set out above, it is not expected that your data will be communicated to third parties, unless legally required.
• The winner's data may be published on the different BYOODE Web Platforms or Social Networks.
• Conservation period: Once the Sweepstakes ends, the data will not be processed.
CLAUSE 7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND RESPONSIBILITY.
1. The mere fact of having complied with the order requirements already implies participation in the Draw and full acceptance of these Rules.
2. BYOODE reserves the right to modify the Rules of the Draw, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void if any irregularity is detected. Once any modification is made, it will be duly made known to the participants on the BYOODE website.
3. BYOODE reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Draw all those participants who, it deems, are failing to comply with any condition of participation included in these Rules. Any member who does not represent a natural person is excluded from the draw.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the Draw.
5. BYOODE is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.
CLAUSE 8.- APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE.
These Bases are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the Sweepstakes must be sent in writing to BYOODE SA, at At. from the BYOODE Marketing Department, to the following email address info@byoode.com within thirty (30) days following the deadline for participation in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a controversy in the application or interpretation of these Bases and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the corresponding Court.
