You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your order.
The customer must directly return or deliver the product to BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL, to the address PLAÇA DEL VALOR 15C-16C, 08915.BADALONA (BARCELONA), without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fifteen calendar days from of the date on which the right to withdraw from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.
BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL informs that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unopened, used and in their original packaging.
Therefore, to avoid problems during transportation, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received/s, we will check their status. As soon as we verify that both the item(s), as well as possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid. The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same payment methods used by the client, as long as it has not been provided otherwise.
BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL may withhold the refund until the product has been received, a reason for withdrawal, or until the client provides proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first.
Return defective product.
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL of the reason for return through info@byoode .com and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
BYOODE ENTERPRISES SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.
